how do you extend the range of the garage door opener remote control?
i just changed the battery on my garage door remote. now it won't open the garage door unless i'm right next to the engine. somehow the range on the remote control has been shortened. anyone know how to correct this problem or extend the remote control range?

check the connectioins on batteries. If they a dirty clean them off with piece of dsandpapaper
