Dispatch: Ohioans deserve to know more about Public Safety scandal

The Columbus Dispatch writes:

Ohio Inspector General Thomas P. Charles is entirely justified to look into a case of policy paralysis at the Department of Public Safety that allowed illegal immigrants to obtain vehicle registrations and license plates fraudulently for more than a year. Ohioans deserve to know what happened and who is responsible.
