Strickland Gets "Jeers" for Failure to Appoint Development Director

to Strickland for leaving the critical economic post without permanent leadership for seven months as state unemployment ballooned. Lee Fisher resigned the job in February to run for the U.S. Senate. A prior interim director, Mark Barbash, quit over personal financial problems.
